Union in the industry

We show up where you operate.

Union holds membership in thirteen national, state, and local rental housing associations, and Credit Builder is an accredited Affinity Partner of one of them. We pay the dues, sit in the sessions, and get on the plane. Multifamily is not a vertical we sell into. It is the only thing we do.

We’re already in the room

Thirteen national, state, and local rental housing associations. We sponsor the events, sit in the sessions, and talk to operators who will never be our customers.

Union is a supplier member of each association listed. Membership is not an endorsement, with one exception.

One of three

Accredited

A statewide apartment association reviewed Union Credit Builder and accredited it as an Affinity Partner, one of only three products it has accredited in more than a decade. Accreditation is not a sponsorship you can buy. They looked at the product on its merits and put their name on ours.

Why it matters

What that buys you

Every vendor in this industry calls itself a partner. This is the version you can check without taking our word for any of it.

Vetted, not just marketed

An industry body reviewed Credit Builder and accredited it, one of three products in more than a decade. The AMA put its name on ours after looking at the product.

On the plane, not on a webinar

Forty-six customer visits in 2025, and Union on-site for kickoff and training on every deployment. Travel is in the plan, not an escalation path.

Built with operators, not for them

Union has been built alongside Mark-Taylor since 2018, and every product since has been refined with operators in shared Slack channels.

We teach before we pitch

Conference sessions, webinars, and member research on what AI leasing actually does, drawn from live deployments rather than a product roadmap.

Where our customers operate

Fourteen states, from single-market operators to portfolios spanning seven at once. We join the associations where our customers do business, and we get on planes to the rest.

Giving back

We fund the associations we join

Paying dues is the easy part. Where an association will have us, we build a program that sends money back to them, tied to how many of their members actually adopt the product.

Paid per unit, not per logo

In one market we built an affinity program that pays the association a set amount for every unit enrolled in the product. It is a recurring revenue line for them, not a sponsorship cheque or a booth fee.

Tied to real adoption

The association earns when its members actually use the product and their residents actually benefit. If adoption is zero, the payment is zero. Nobody is paying us for a logo placement.

Nobody pays more for it

The program comes out of Union’s side of the economics. Members are not charged a premium to fund it, and residents are not charged a surcharge. The money moves from us to the association.

Who we build with

Union works with owner-operators and management companies running their own portfolios:

  • Owner-operators and management companies, from 2,000 to 60,000 units
  • Regional operators consolidating four to six point solutions into one system
  • Teams centralizing leasing without giving up the brand promise
  • Operators adding resident-funded revenue with no on-site lift

And if your association is planning a session on AI in leasing, we are glad to come teach it. That is a conversation, not a sales call.
