Accredited on the merits, not bought.

Union Credit Builder is an accredited Affinity Partner of the Arizona Multihousing Association, one of only three products the AMA has accredited in more than a decade. Here is what that means for an operator.

The AMA put its name on ours

Union Credit Builder is an accredited Affinity Partner of the Arizona Multihousing Association. Accreditation is a review on the merits, not a sponsorship or a booth you can buy.

Accredited Affinity Partner

The Arizona Multihousing Association reviewed Union Credit Builder and accredited it as an Affinity Partner, one of only three products it has accredited in more than a decade. Accreditation is not a sponsorship you can buy. They looked at the product on its merits and put their name on ours.

For operators

What the accreditation means for you

Every vendor calls itself a partner. This is the one you can verify without taking our word for it.

Reviewed on the merits

The AMA evaluated Union Credit Builder and accredited it as an Affinity Partner. Only three products have earned that in more than a decade.

No cost to the operator

Credit Builder is resident-funded. It adds a member benefit and new revenue with nothing added to the operator's budget.

Real value to residents

Residents build credit from rent they already pay. The benefit is theirs, which is what the accreditation is really vouching for.

A relationship, not a logo

Union pays dues, sits in the sessions, and builds programs that send money back to the association. The accreditation sits on top of real involvement.

Giving back

We send money back to the AMA

Beyond membership dues, Union built an affinity program that returns revenue to the Arizona Multihousing Association, tied to how many of its members adopt the product.

Paid per unit, not per logo

In one market we built an affinity program that pays the association a set amount for every unit enrolled in the product. It is a recurring revenue line for them, not a sponsorship cheque or a booth fee.

Tied to real adoption

The association earns when its members actually use the product and their residents actually benefit. If adoption is zero, the payment is zero. Nobody is paying us for a logo placement.

Nobody pays more for it

The program comes out of Union’s side of the economics. Members are not charged a premium to fund it, and residents are not charged a surcharge. The money moves from us to the association.
