1. Sponsor
The FAA Inspire 2026 Demo Drawing (the "Drawing") is sponsored by Lift Lytics LLC dba Union, 12600 Hill Country Blvd, Suite R-275, Austin, Texas 78738 ("Union" or "Sponsor"). The Drawing is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by the Florida Apartment Association, Apple Inc. or Hotels.com, LP.
2. Who can enter
The Drawing is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are (a) legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, (b) 18 years of age or older, (c) registered attendees of FAA Inspire 2026, held October 14 to 16, 2026 at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida (the "Event"), and (d) employed at director level or above at a multifamily owner, operator or property management company.
Not eligible: employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates and agencies; Event exhibitors and their employees; and the immediate family members and household members of any of them. Entrants are responsible for complying with any gift or ethics policy of their employer. Any entrant whose employer does not allow them to accept a prize may still take part but will decline the prize if selected.
3. Entry period
The Drawing begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on October 2, 2026 and ends at 1:00 p.m. ET on October 16, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock.
4. How to enter
To enter, an eligible person must complete both steps during the Entry Period: (1) pre-book a Union product demo at booth 601 through gounion.com/events/faa-inspire-2026 or by replying to a Union invitation email, and receive confirmation of the meeting time from Union; and (2) attend that booked meeting at booth 601 during the Event's trade show hours (Thursday, October 15, 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. ET, and Friday, October 16, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. ET). Walk-up visits without a confirmed pre-booking are not entered. Demo slots are limited to 22 and are offered first come, first served.
Limit one entry per person. Sponsor is not responsible for bookings that are not confirmed or meetings that are missed.
5. Winner selection and odds
On or about October 19, 2026, Sponsor will select one potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Prize and winner's choice
One winner will choose one of the following two prizes: (a) an Apple iPhone Duo, 256GB (approximate retail value $1,999), or (b) a $1,000 Hotels.com gift card (approximate retail value $1,000). The winner receives only the one prize they choose. The approximate retail value of the prize awarded will not exceed $1,999.
Gift cards are subject to the issuer's terms and conditions. No cash alternative, transfer or substitution by the winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. All federal, state and local taxes are the winner's responsibility. The winner may be asked to provide a completed IRS Form W-9, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required.
7. Winner notification
Sponsor will notify the potential winner by email and phone within two business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within five business days and may be required to confirm eligibility and sign a declaration of eligibility and release. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found ineligible or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
8. General conditions
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. If the Drawing cannot run as planned for any reason beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel or modify it and award the prize from eligible entries received before the event that required the change.
9. Release and limitation of liability
By entering, entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates and their officers, employees and agents from any liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Drawing or the acceptance or use of a prize. Except where prohibited, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their name, title, company and city in announcing the winner, without further compensation.
10. Privacy
Information provided by entrants is used to administer the Drawing and is handled under Union's Privacy Policy at gounion.com/privacy. Union may contact entrants about its products. Entrants may opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any Union email.
11. Disputes
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
12. Winner's name
To request the winner's name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor address in section 1, marked "FAA Inspire 2026 Demo Drawing Winner," to be received by December 31, 2026.
