Union Hires Multifamily Technology Veteran Matt Miller
Former Yardi, Conservice, Opiniion and RentDynamics sales leader joins Union as company expands its AI-powered multifamily platform
RALEIGH, N.C., Sept. 4, 2026. Union, the multifamily technology platform bringing CRM, AI and resident operations into one system, today announced that Matt Miller has joined the company as vice president of sales. At Union, Miller will lead new business growth and work directly with multifamily owners and management companies as they evaluate and adopt Union across their portfolios.
Miller brings 25 years of multifamily experience spanning property operations and technology sales. His background includes sales leadership roles at RentDynamics, Opiniion, Yardi and Conservice.
Miller is also a frequent industry speaker and panelist, with appearances at NAA and NMHC events in the United States and at PM Expo and BUILDEX events in Canada.
At Union, Miller will work directly with multifamily owners and management companies, from first conversation through rollout and beyond.
